Is all your fish caught in Hawaii?

Yes — 100%. Every fish we sell is caught right here in Hawaiian waters, mostly off the coast of Kauai.

How do I know the fish is fresh?

We work directly with local fishermen and handle all orders with care. Our fish is caught, processed and packed for pickup — often within 24 hours. You’ll taste the difference.

Can I just buy fish without a subscription?

Absolutely. We sell à la carte during weekly pickup hours or by appointment.

Our weekly pick up hours are Thursdays between 3pm and 6pm.

What types of fish do you usually have available?

It depends on the season and what our fishermen bring in, but you’ll often see local favorites like ʻahi (yellowfin tuna), mahi-mahi, ono, uku (gray snapper), and opah.

Every fish is Hawaiian-caught, traceable to the source, and handled with care to preserve peak freshness.

Yes — all our retail and subscription fish is sold as cleaned and filleted portions, ready to cook. For restaurant or wholesale clients, we also offer custom cuts when requested in advance.

How and where can I collect my fish order?

Retail and subscription pickups happen at our Līhu‘e warehouse, with open hours every Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. You can also schedule a custom pickup time by contacting us directly. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation with pickup instructions and location details.
